Kriss is convicted because he was a biker on Haybussa, which many people can only dream of, plain and simple. You foolish people just think that, for what in the world a responsible biker with all the protective gears on, riding the best balanced bike in the world, with huge ride experience in his belt, will want to ram his bike into a bus?

"Miraculous escape of 40 bus passengers", sounds like the biker wanted to hit the bus.
Dear People, miraculous escape is from the negligence of bus driver and innocent biker paid the cost.

Why you media people are not demanding an enquiry into the matter.
Our world is full of foolish people, and heck I have no options.
I totally agree to your point. Media making opinions, is a concept that's as dirty & despicable as, hidden cameras in a changing room, for example...

Compared to that report, this one here seems more appropriate:-->

The Hindu : Andhra Pradesh / Nizamabad News : Techie killed in ghastly accident

Except that there is not mention of bus turning, and maybe discussing monetary losses was not appropriate.

Kriss, Rest in peace man. We'll miss you...
Guys, we should have a Pics Only Topic for Kriss's rememberance, What do you say?

      • Guys, every time one of us mentions about wrong wording in the media, emotions are running high. Let us please leave this media post-mortem behind. Frankly speaking, not more than one or two people reported badly about our guy. Most of them just reported the incident but surprisingly not more than one or two failed to mention the mistake from the bus driver's side.

Now, for such a crowd of media, there is bound to be difference of opinion. Else, everyone of us would be riding either a Splendor or a Pulsar.

I can hate or blame so many people for this happening, but truth is it wont bring him back. I've interacted with him on & off on the forums a lot of times. He was this chirpy amazing bike lover that everyone loved. Thats a hard quality to achieve. He will surely be missed, and he lost his life for no fault of his. Its almost that trying to embrace the love and passion in our country would only end up ln something like this. And its a shame. Now I know why so many of my friends even abroad have stopped riding on the street and just take their bikes to the tracks.

Kriss babu you'll be missed, and i'll sincerely pray that god gives his family strength.
I noticed this on FB. I echo your thoughts.

            • I regret that I did not interact with Kriss personally. Even tough I did not know him, as a fellow biker, a deep sense of loss saddens my heart. May the lord watch over his grieving family and may his soul rest in peace.

                • I doubt I interacted with Kriss directly besides once, but his posts were always filled with enthusiasm.
You just usually know when there's a nice guy behind the forum handle.
Having lost a close bud in a similar incident I can understand what a lump in the throat this must have left for everyone on the forum who knew him on a personal level.
Everything about this is so final, and one cant do much besides trying to move on.
I really hope God gives his family, especially his wife strength and courage to face this tragic loss. RIP Kriss.

Just few weeks back we were together at Dreambikes. He said," whenever you come to Hyderabad , just call me"

You will be with us forever bro!

                        • This is shocking! I have read so many of Kriss' posts and spoken to him a few times. He was clearly a mature biker. It sets me back quite a bit that he is not with us anymore. My thoughts and condolences to the bereaved family.
Makes one think more of the dangers on the road if even such mature and well mannered riders meet this fate
