The Panasonic lumix looks good but Canon S90 ,Panasonic LX3 & Olympus XZ1 all three have zoom(variable focus) lens and I positively want no zoom , I get confused composing with variable focus and end up using only one end of it , usually the wide end exclusively forever .
Yeah!! wanted to suggest those cameras initially, but they are of the expensive lot!! Even the cheapest DP1 of the four (DP1, DP1s, DP2, DP2s) would cost around 25k in USA!!!
EDIT:
DP2 is available with Sheetala Cameras for 25k. Sheetla cameras is an official Sigma Dealer:
I have a budget of 10k can stretch it to 15k max.
I want a point and shoot camera with the best overall image quality in its class. Will be doing normal indoor and outdoor clicks
What are my options?

I lost touch with P&S cameras these days. But looking at prices and specs for your budget you can have a look at Canon IXUS 210IS. It has all the bells and whistles you could get for that budget!!!
Cheap and Reliable is not Fast, Cheap and Fast is not Reliable, Fast and Reliable is not Cheap!

Ive shortlisted Sony Cybershot DSC-TX9 and Canon Digital IXUS 220 HS.
Whats your pick?
we have just purchased a Sony cyber Shot DSC-HX100V/B from US. is there anybody using it. also tell me, the shopkeeper told that a different 3D memory card is required.
google search told me that a memory card of class 6 or higher is required to shoot and record 3D videos coz it is not possible in slower memory cards.
tell me are these high speed cards available in india.

thanks...can you guys tell me good photography websites from where i can learn some tips and tricks or some basics??
I find Digital photography school very good. It has a mixture of "How-to" guides and "Food for thought" kind of articles. You will like it a lot if you're a DSLR/photography fanatic, a bit less if you just want to get away with some tips which will just do the job. Do give it a try, make sure you subscribe to the site's mailing list, the newsletter will always have a good combination of photography-tips based articles.
