Both the lens are totally different.. 75-300 is not a good lens in my opinion. The L lens is a totally different thing altogether..

I vote either 1000D or D60. If it has to be in these above two... Then 1000D.

But remember... taking a DSLR is one game. Try investing in a good lens aswell.

Did check the reviews.. wasnt quiet impressive... FZ18 has the best reviews of the lot... but am quiet comfortable with Sony... so kinda confused...
