Well, yet another modification done, but sadly, no DIY for this as I was too excited making it...
sorry guys, will upload the step by step process soon...
Modifications include:
1. Changed the back light color of the tachometer,
2. Scribbled out a "R" on the tachometer,
3. Terminator Eye, but looks more like Transformers Eye...
4. Lighting the Air-vents on the side of the fairing.
Here are some images:

Taken without flash

Taken with flash
Here's a video for a better understanding...
YouTube - ‪Pulsar 220 Headlight Effect.flv‬‏

The reason why the Terminator Eye is not coming good or rather looking artificial in the pictures is because of the wave length of the color i used and the reason why I prefer this to be called Transformer Eye is because after doing a survey online, i found out that people generally term blue halo rings or outlines to be angel eyes and red ones devil/demon eyes... but the modification i did is none of them, infact few sites term this blue crystal eyes...
I seriously think the modd resembles the Terminator theme if done with red like the one below

And transformers eyes if done with blue like the one below,

hence i mentioned terminator eyes but then i mentioned that to me it resembles more of the transformers eye...
hope I'm justified with my points...

DIY for Tacho Colour change is already there in a thread by RahulDevnath:
And Scribing the 'R' part,
Just sketch out the letter or sign you want, then with a sharp blade, gently peel the surface off.
DIY for Terminator Eye and the Fairing side wall illumination:
1. Dismount the fairing, what i had to was this:

ya i know, pulsars look sexy naked also...
2. Open the headlight,
3. Open the lower beam bulb,
4. Insert the LED strip (connected with wires ofcourse)
[LED strip type and connecting them to the wires is shown in the beginning of this thread]
5. Stick it inside the reflector using your fingers,
6. Open the Air-Vents on each sides of the fairing and stick to them the LED strips exactly on the area shown (sticking anywhere else will make them visible).

7. Connect the wires to the pilot lamp connection (the BLACK wire with a Yellow line on it is the GROUND and the RED wire is LIVE)

Fit back everything with good care so that none of the wires tear or get loose and enjoy the new look...
Take care...

if xtreme /xtreme 2011 u will have to change the internal tail light assembly,as it consists of a LED circuit instead of a single bulb like CBZ Star, Just let me know and hav a look at my mod,may be i can help u out

which CBZ??
He has changed front parking light bulbs with LED strips(not the rear one). In case of CBZ there is a LED circuit and you would have to open and repair/change the cluster within. But if u have a cbz-star (The legend), u can put a LED strips. If u have xtreme-2011 just let me know, may b i can help u with that.. before that just look at my rideOriginally posted by honey5266 View Posthi dear friend, i want know which bulbs u had used as parking light???

i also want for my cbz and where can i find them and what cost???the answer was already there in the thread bro...Originally posted by Raneet View PostGot myself a pair of 10 in 1 LED pilot lamps today.
Showing you guys the procedure of fitting it by yourself.
LEDs

Colour difference, the whiter one is stock (left) and bluish one is LED (right)

Step 1:
1st open these screws

Step 2:
then open these and the ones opposite them under the visor front,

Step 3:
after removing the number plate, reach your hand through the area and pull out the stock pilot lamps, replace the bulbs with the LEDs, if doesn't work, change polarity (flip it sideways), check if its glowing, then place it back inside and fit the stuffs back the way you opened it.

That's it you're done.

Enjoy.
you can get it from eBay or local bikes and cars accessories shop...

have to make them according to the radius of our reflector...
demon eyes, just open the headlight, take out the bulb and stick a LED strip inside the lower beam reflector. Fit the bulb back and connect the strip to the pilot lamps. Simple.
I might change the color of my Demon Eye soon, if i do, i'll surely take step by step shots...
thanx for the info bro, and v have to stick the led strip or just a single led?
by the way , i have installed the angel ring on my beast, single ring, angel eyes is a pair = 350rs, and fitting charges = 1200rs

,
but openeing the headlight it's way to hard, melting the glue n all, got some cracks also inside the inner lock part, and it stopped working also due to riding on a street filled with water, upto the height of our key switch
but pulsar rocks!!
The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams
bike's owned :
1) pulsar 180 2010 (modified it with r15 fairing)
2) pulsar 220 F 2011.
3) yamaha r15 2012

you have to attach a strip... only one LED will not be sufficient, moreover it will block the reflectors area of illumination...
