Adding front Mud Flap permanently
Buy a mud flap of pulsar 225 which will cost Rs 23.00 which is available in SVC
Make the top portion of mudflap rough surface & even inside the mudguard through the file tool or from axa Blade.
You can fix this by two ways either by glue or through screws, I opted to stick by glue as more screws make the mudguard look awkward.
Mix the glue properly & apply on both the surface ( mud flap & mudguard)
Attach the mud flap to the mudguard & apply good tape ( do not use cellophane tape, due to the weight of mudflap it slips towards down) so get the good tapes & let it dry for a day.
Finally remove the tapes. Remove the extra glue on mud guard which comes out easily
