Hai guys
It is sad to see when the manufactures are using plastic material to reduce weight and increase the performance. But the only problem is that it is very volatile to easy damage unlike steel parts. Anyway, my side indicator assembly which is assembled in the main head lamp assembly was broken. Had to change it, so though to document it for the convenience of every one. Here it goes

Tools required:
1. 10/11 ring spanner
2. Star screw driver
3. 5.00 mm allen key
4. Plier

Procedure:

1. Find the damaged side indicator and head lamp assembly
2. Remove the right indicator assembly using a 5.00 mm allen key
3. Remove the wiring from the side indicator
4. Remove the main bolt of the head lamp assembly (left & Right) using a 10.00 ring spanner
5. Remove the angle adjusting bolt from the head lamp assembly
6. Remove the head lamp assembly from the holdings
7. Remove the halogen bulb wiring
8. Remove the pilot lamp wiring
9. Remove the upper shield from the head lamp assembly using star screw driver
10. Remove the steel and rubber bush from the head lamp assembly
11. Remove the 4 thread lockers
12. Take the new head lamp assembly from the box and start assembling in the same reverse order as we have removed them.
13. Note before the assembly of the main head lamp assembly after the connection of the halogen bulb and pilot lamp check by switching on their switches just to ensure that they are working properly. Do the same with the side indicators also
14. After full completion of the assembly and checking remove the protective film from the main head lamp assembly.
