This forum has always been helpful for people like me(noobs)
We are all here to learn and help ourselves and others
So with the help of almost all the seniors here,
I've successfully converted my RX100's electricals to all DC
Special thanks to:
1) @abhijeet080808
for the custom RR unit DIY,
2) @Bibhu
for guiding me and supporting me
3) @kb100
for correcting my mistakes
4) @Mr.Boss
for always being these with valuable suggestions
Now for the DIY process
Warning: If you are not sure you can do this please take your bike to a reputed mech and pay a little for labour,do not attempt to do this if you are not at all familiar with the tools. I've used a monkey plier,a flat head screwdriver(strong make) and a hammes to remove the magneto from the case....
please try and source a puller for this process as you have the risk of bending the rod in the case if you are using the hammer in a wrong way,and this can burn a huge hole in your pocket.
Steps/Procedure:
1) Remove the gear lever by removing the circled the screws and washers circled in the pic.....
2)Remove the screws circled so you can take the cover apart from the crackcase...
3)Once you have removed the cover, this should be visible...
4)Now use your monkey plier or magneto puller to keep it from spinning and use Size 20 spanner to loosen the nut as shown in the picture...
5)The tricky part of this whole process comes now, so when the nut reaches at the end don't remove it instead keep it there and put your flathead screwdriver in between the magneto and the crankcase as shown in the pic....
Once you've done this hold the screwdriver with your leg and gently hammer the rod,the jerk of your leg should make the screwdriver remove the magneto from its locked position.....
6)Now,carefully remove the locking pin from the rod and you should be having these detached parts.....
7)remove the circled screws and the stator plate will come off, then remove the neutral switch wire, disconnect the CDI unit wiring,RR unit Wiring,Ingniton Unit wiring situated below the fuel tank.....
8)Now remove the circled screws and the charging/lighting coil will come off the stator plate and along with it there will be town wires: 1)Yellow/Red 2)White
remove these two from the wiring as well and unground the coil......
Once this is done, start unwinding the coil....these will be two coils on the single pole, the upper one will be the lighting coil and the lower one(beneath the upper coil) will be the charging coil...... Carefully count the turns as you unwind the coils....
If I remember correctly there will be 152 turns (lighting+charging) in total.....
Once you have unwinded the old coil completely, apply a coat of varnish on the naked pole and after aroung 10 minutes of drying start rewinding using 19 gauge wire till you have completed 152 turns (after the first layer of coil apply the varnish again and allow a drying of 10 minutes and so on.... the winding should be complete it 4 layers approx.)
after the final layer apply the varnish 2-3 times and allow a brief drying of 1-2 hours..
now ground the coil from 1 end and connect the other end to the Custom RR Unit of yours.....
Voila!!! Congratulations your RX100 is now fully DC....
Now carefully place back everything you took apart.....
While rewinding the coil make sure you wear protective equipment like gloves and work in a well ventilated area.....
Also the coil has to be winded in such a way that the turns are very close to each other and very tight...
So it will produce good current or else all your effort goes into vain........
Result:
1) At Idle
2)At 6000 RPM
3) HID+Dual horns

I've used a hammer and a flathead screwdriver because I'm unable to source a puller for the task but please I request you guys to use a puller for magneto....
