Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    THE END

Check which socket your original tail bulb is (BA15D or BAY15D). You'd get plenty of LED replacements for these models in ebay. Of course if you have the passion to build one yourself, then nothing beats that satisfaction. In that case consider using SMDs instead of normal LEDs - they are far brighter.

5 years back. My first LED prototype

It was 4 LEDs in series with 100 ohm.
