When you tight the screw from outside, the nut inside tightens. The more you tight the rubber gets expanded, thus holds inside firmly, simple right?

Now, the length! From outside it looks it can go full length and still it will have enough space.

    Procedure:
I started with the right bar end, as that side looked complex. Made a circular cut out on the handle grip.

The end screw goes over the protruding rod. If the nut is at the end of the screw it gets blocked by the protruding rod, tighten the nut to move the rubber little bit above, so you get about 3 mm (as seen in the picture above). Also, make sure the angle of the screw is straight while pushing in, even that would make it stuck.

I won't say the vibration on handlebar is completely stopped, but it is very well controlled. It's just like a direct fit, no alterations or adjustments on any stock parts needed. This DIY is tried and tested on KTM Duke on a different forum, that was the inspiration for me to try it on KTM RC 200. So I would gladly say, this mod works on both the Naked and Faired siblings of KTM 200 machines.

      Will it fit on r15?
If you cant tell will it or not, then can you please measure the internal diameter of your rc and tell us?
If diameter is same then it will fit on my r15 too.

200NS grip fits well in RC/Duke, needing to eliminate cutting of stock grips and feels softer and better than KTM grips.

Re: Bar End Weights for KTM Duke & RC 200

Bought a pair of Apache end weights to install it in my duke 200.

i think the duke 200 handle diameter is smaller compared to RC. The end weight rubber even in the relaxed state were bigger in diameter than the Duke handle.

So, even after alot of sweating and hammering, the rubbers didn't go in. Finally, in frustration added a little bit of oil (Big mistake), the end weights slid in with slight hammering and tighten the weights became a issue because the rubber so not gripping the handle, took it again wiped it properly and reinserted it. and this time instead of tightening the screw i turned it the opposite direction (Screwed). the nut of the end weights fell inside the handle bar and the rubber got stuck inside Cursed myself for the stupidity and now heading to the Service center to do another trick for adding end weights.

This is how i managed to mess it up
