    I am 5'6" and I find the following setup sufficient for myself.
    I have set the rear shock at the softest setting and have lowered the front in the following manner.
    Loosen the triple clamp bolts (top and bottom bolts each side)
    Then push the forks up through the triple clamps. I think I pushed them up about a centimetre. Make sure both sides are
    equal
    Tighten the triple clamp bolts

    It also helps if you wear proper riding boots as these add about an inch to your height.
