  • Royal Enfield Himalayan carb tuning

    First Impression:
    The throttle response is better than stock.
    Top speed (No idea)
    Mileage (No idea but should be better than stock)
    Much less after fire.
    Spark plug reading is chocolate brown electrode with slight soot on the first ring.

    Stock Jetting:
    Idle Jet: 15
    Main Jet: 125
    Needle Jet: P0

    Current setup:
    Idle Jet: 12.5
    Main Jet: 120
    Needle Jet: P0
    Slide spring with 3 rings cut-off

      Thanks for the information. Can you please tell where did you get the jets from. I inquired a lot of spare parts dealers and websites but unable to find them. Need to rejet my other bikes too. TIA

        I'm selling jets for Himalayan. The kit (pilot and main jet) cost 700/-

        If you require any specific size then it will be based on availability.

        All jets are geniuene mikuni jets.
