    DIY- Action Camera Chin Mount setup for Helmet.

    Hi all,

    I made a DIY video of my Sjcam Action Camera Chin mount setup on my MT Axxis Helmet.

    Please have a look.

      Hey guys,

      A small update after almost 10 months of usage, the setup is holding good till now with the 3M tape used for the mount.
      Used it to the full capacity on my trip to Ladhakh this year and the result is really good.

      If you want to see the results of the recording, head to my channel on youtube named 'Indian Duker' for the FOV(field of view) from the Chin of the helmet.

      If the setup is proper, it will hold good for a long periods of time before the adhesive gives way and the mount comes down from the helmet.

        That's great. Check out my link. The chin mount DIY for HJC Rpha ST helmet. This helmet has curved chin and a large vent. A slightly lengthier process, but holds good.

            Hi,

            I am using a SOL Dual Sports Helmet. Any idea how the Camera can be mounted on chin.
            I tried with 3M Tape but it seems that the chin part is narrow and cannot stick the adhesive directly.
            It doesn't matter what you ride. What matters is, You Ride.
