  • Royal enfield continental gt 535 skid plate (splash guard) installation

Hi guys, just thought of posting this little alteration which I did to my beast.

We all know the fact that GT doesn't have an engine guard which can protect the engine from the mud splash which comes through front tyre. And its very painful to clean the dirt which gets stuck to engine.
I have a solution for this.

    1. Buy an engine guard of pulsar 200 or any other bike but make sure you get only the guard and not the clamp which is already fitted to it.

    2. Get a U clamp made at any nearby welding shop.

    3. Weld the U clamp to the guard.

    4. Fit the edge of the U clamp to engine side bolts as shown in the picture.

    5. Now your bike is free from the mud splash.
