Intrigued to relocate the ambient temperature sensor, post a few trials, finally found a great spot to tuck way the probe ‘without’ any wire cuts or spending single penny. All the effort to eliminate the temp guage showing 8-10 degrees more due to facing engine heat directly in the factory location.

Tested it in variety of conditions, day and night, varying temps, happy to share, it works albeit with just 1-2 degree variation which is fine for me. The Best part - No wire cuts!! so warranty is intact. Took about 15 minutes and a plastic cutter.
