This tutorial or DIY is for those people who want to do their own stuff as I like to do. This DIY is for the installation of BT system into your helmet with mic so u can even receive calls on the go. But this system doesn't have rider communication system in which we can talk to each other which is very costly and less used.
But in this system you will get HD sound cause the BT chip used supports APTX -HD Audio and uses less battery and has good stability of signal even at high speeds.
Okay now getting down to the requirements of the things we need.
1. Helmet which has a space for speakers installation. (mine is Axor apex helmet)
2. Old earphones cable
3. Soldering iron, flux, and solder wire.
4. 40mm audio drivers or speakers (I have used the speakers from JBL C300)
note:- Speakers must be of good quality and should be a full range driver like we have in our headphones for good bass, treble, and mids.
5. A female audio connector (I have used the connector from a type C to audio jack cable because its cheap, small, and fits perfectly.
6. Some small heatshrink tubes according to the wires you are using.
7. A Bluetooth module main component. I have used CSR8645 which supports HD audio, APTX HD, low power usage, BT 4.1 version. You can use higher BT ver i.e. csr8675 which has a BT 5.1 and is better and more costly to use.
8. A female audio jack to insert our 3.5mm audio jack cable (this mod allows us to use our phones audio jack to be used, when the battery is dead or you have forgotten to charge it.
9. A lipo charging module so that we can charge the battery without removing it. (18650 charging module could be used and its cheap) this module also protects the battery from over discharge and other BMC controls.
10. A case to fit all this stuff with a suitable mobile battery small size and a small switch for power on off.
11. A little knowledge of soldering and creativity is a must and if u have never done soldering or not sure about then don't do this DIY. You may damage your helmet or the BT chip. Or may cause fire by puncturing the lipo battery.
I havent completed the whole setup as my BT chip just arrived yesterday from China and it took 25 days to reach me. I will definitely update the progress here when I am done with it.

i now it looks gross in terms of beauty, i couldnt find a good case to fit these items,
it will take some time to get a good case thats suitable for this purpose
