Replaced the side stand with Xpulse one. Cost Rs 170.
Karizma stand is around 22 cm ,Xpulse 26 cm.

The bike still leans a lot but can hold itself.

Wow - in an era when people prefer to pay and get the work done(for example most these days prefer to order their lunch/dinner online while they themselves could make it ) HATS Off to your passion and dedication. Detailing is amazing, I mean who would want to spend time these days to craft the seat foam?

Shall be curiously waiting for updates in this thread. It is so staisfying to watch the baby building up. Can only imagine your level of happiness and satisfaction.

Mounting the Impulse forks on Karizma is simple ,but the impulse wheel dose not fit on Karizma with Impulse forks,Because on impulse the fork mounts on triple tree are wider -meaning the forks are wider apart on impulse and come near when fitted on zma.

So the distance between the axle lugs comes to around 108 mm and the impulse wheel is around 115 mm wide (wheel with spacer on one side and speedo sensor on another). Simple solution to that is to swap the forks (right with left) then the lugs go 125 mm apart leaving you around 10 mm free space (5 mm on either side) that you can fill with spacer/washer.

The above poses problem with brakes as the rotor is pushed away from the caliper by 5 mm,again simple solution is to put 5 mm spacer below caliper mount which will push it outwards to compensate.

But I wanted the Karizma brakes on the Bike

For that the 276 mm rotor need to be mounted on impulse hub.

I got these adapters made from machine shop. to mount the rotor, not pretty there are others who have done it more elegantly but these work.

The Caliper mounting also becomes an issue as Karizma caliper dose not fit on Impulse fork directly.

For that I made a mount, the thickness is selected by measuring the distance to rotor.(my rotor mount is 10 mm thick and I needed 8 mm thick bracket)

This is not the final piece ,I will make a better one.The mount fits on Fork and caliper fits on the mount.

                        -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

                        Fitted Xpulse Front Fender

                        Costs Rs 250.

Impulse forks have reflector mounts integrated on them.
Fitted the side mounting of fender on the Reflector holes - 5 mm Bolts.

Xpulse Forks have Mounts integrated to hold the both side and top bolts.
Impulse did not come with any fender.

So the Top of fender is is held using 2 aluminium brackets ,I made them from aluminium strips ,I may make them again with 6 mm rod for better looks.

The Aluminum bracket is held on Fork with Xpulse Muffler brackets.
Xpulse muffler has a bracket to hold front header pipe and end can.
Rs 200 for 5 pieces. They are very strong, powder coated and has a 8 mm bolt for fastening. Value for money compared to clamps available online.
Just need to grind of the protrusions so that they do not damage the fork paint.

It is bulky and heavy but the options are limited for up-swept exhaust which can be fitted without much hassle.

The RX100 tank has mounts for Tank Badge, cant use Decals.

                        SO 3D printed the Badges.

Will Spray with Filler Primer to smooth the print texture and then paint it.

It will be pasted on base and fitted with screws on Tank

Also fitted the Xpulse Handle bar and Karizma Switch Assy on it.
Attached all cables and took a Test Ride.

Lost lot of time due to ongoing situation as visits to hometown decreased.
Plus rains occupied my working area -front porch.

                                Anyways started work slowly.
