I would like to share something useful here for those who own any of these machines out of continental GT535, Interceptor/Continental GT 650.

We all are aware that the new model of 650twins have come up with little cosmetic chages compared to the initial ones. One of the main change is clear headlamp over the old school headlamp. People who want to upgrade to the clear headlamps have to spend around 2k to get the new clear headlamp assembly.
If they are unwilling to spend an amount of 2k and still want to get the clear lens installed they can also follow the below steps and complete the clear lens installation at spending around 800 rs. So here we go....

* Buy an original RE clear headlamp assembly of old thunderbird prior to 2012 model from any authorized RE spares distributor . Part # 580575/C which will cost 802.00 rs

* Dismantle the reflector of both new and old headlamp by removing the metal clamp.

* install the new tbts clearlens reflector to the outer ring reflector of the stock headlamp and relock with metal clamp.

* change the bulb to the stock ones and lock it

* make sure the three headlamp holder and parking bulb holder is well tightened to the holder. You can roll some insulation tape to parking bulb holder to make it tight.

* Fix the new changed reflectors back to the bike..

Congrats your head lamps are now upgraded to clear lens.
