Hope everyone is fine in this lockdown. Since I have ample time during this lockdown. My friend needed a workaround to eliminate his loud FFE in 390. So he was trying to modify his stock 390 exhaust.
So we tried to search online how to modify one. No clues and no images of stock exhaust dissection. So we went ahead on dissecting ours.

Its a dual layer exhaust with MS internals having a thin layer of glasswool wrapped between inner and outer layer. With a large catcon built inside. So our moto was not make a full FFE. Rather eliminate the heavy baffles and use Stainless Steel as much as possible.
Basically we'll increase the outlet diameter and remove the catcon completely.
Will keep things posted here. As we proceed with the next process.
