Request for Car Subforum

Dear all members and moderators,

As i am looking to buy my first car i need advice on how to negotiate with dealer and looking for tips on how to get in touch with tiago owners in chennai (i plan to buy tiago xta). grateful if moderators could have a subforum for cars wherein members can share so many things about cars.

please consider my request.

We too wished for this, and had considered it. However, few of the members oppose this, and hence nothing concrete has happened so far in this direction. (I'm not aware of their reasons though).


I'll however just discuss this with the core staff and get back to you.

You know why that causes controversy, there's already another similar sounding forum for that.

No, that's not the reason.
A lot of forums including Overdrive, autocar, etc discuss both cars and bikes.
If anything, Xbhp has only positive opinion for this 'other' forum...

As long as other sites manage their own business and not try to spam Xbhp, why should Xbhp object?


The thing is,
Few Xbhpians have themselves expressed dis-interest here on Xbhp itself.

Although, it 'might' change in the near future, if no objection is received reg the same...

If car related discussions are brought to this forum, expect motorcycling to get out of focus. A car gets more priority on road, in people's mind and more importantly from mot of our wallets.

A single sub-section should be fine though.
