      We are unable to understand your posts. You made a new account on this forum and posted that your parcel had not been received. We asked you to message us your order no but you posted a DTDC parcel tracking number in forum which confirms a delivery. Till date you have not sent your order no/name or any other details to us.         Here you go...Apr 17 ...almost two months lets see if you can do anything. Never got the key chain in your parcel which came after 2 weeks. Infact all the shoes and other stuff I ordered from a ridersdiscount.com from USA came much faster--10days flat. It's worth paying $25 shipping on this website as all the stuff are genuine and cheaper and reaches on time. Apparently they respond to your emails...doesn't it sound like customer service!!!!

          We send hundreds of parcels every month. Efficient customer service can be provided however for that you will have to contact us. Posting in this forum will also get you response but as you know, it's not our company's support page. If you had contacted us directly, we could have checked for your order sooner and this delay could have been avoided.

            All attempts and emails went on deaf ears; if you want me to post those emails I can. I'm not doing that as it will not be good branding for you. One of your persons who called me from Pune to confirm If I received the order stopped picking my phone calls after I told I have not received the key chain. No apology for your mistake inspite of 5-6 emails. Now you tell me I should have contacted directly, I'm confused by your post. If you don't pick up phone and don't respond to emails; what else can customer sitting in bangalore do?? take a flight come to pune and ask what went wrong?? LOLS

            You ship thousands or lakhs per month; how am I bothered about it buddy. I'm a customer and when i pay i expect the parcel to reach on time. Something goes wrong least i expect is an apology not your kinda behaviour. Anyway, I have already got the order from USA from riderssdiscount.com no point in you sending me the key chain now.               It was nice to finally speak to you on phone yesterday evening and I hope your issue is finally resolved.

                Thanks for calling and now letting me know that the emails were courteous without any apology. I really appreciate you calling to resolve the issue and unfortunate to know that the actual information on what went wrong was never informed to me until yesterday. I'm happy that you have made an effort to pick up the phone and talk to me to tell me what went wrong after close to two months

                Also, please I'm not working for Bachoo and in an open forum you have the right to suggest good service and products to other forum users. To ensure they don't go through similar experiences. I hope I'm not doing anything wrong here; if so I'm happy to stop commenting on your threads.

                As I said to be honest, I'll not buy anything from you in future and I don't think I'll send my bank account number for a refund. I needed a product not a refund and it's not my mistake. I had provided the correct address and if the courier did not reach me then it's bad tie up you have, not my mistake. Second time you sent the parcel without the product and didn't bother informing the customer(me,) is not my mistake. Lastly, not picking up my calls, sending emails with No Apology and saying you will refund without explaining what went wrong, is called 'Bad Customer Service' in my books.

                Sorry if I've been on your face; I work and run a business myself and I expect the same I deliver, 'Customer Service'. There is shouldn't be excuses when something goes wrong; no blame games. I'm sure as a customer in my shoe you would have expected a better service. There is always room for improvement I'm confident you will do better, as DSG!!

                    Hey planetdsg, can u pls suggest a good helmet for a golden streak fzs? I loved the Nuvo unit helmet (white with some dragon markings). Am assuming it's available. How many days does it take to receive the shipment to BLR? Also, am assuming you guys have an exchange policy if the size doesn't suit me. I will try calling you guys tomorrow.
