Alpinestars Jackets disappeared from the PlanetDSG website?

I have received the jacket and gloves yesterday.

Jacket is good, but the gloves seem so second hand condition... Leather quality seemed bad as if it was used for some time. Even the packaging was not decent enough, with just polythenes to cover it up. Plus, there was no booklet/ manual/ print material/ anything else in the package. Please ensure that this doesn't happen again...

We all want to wear products that look new, not second hand. Overall, I would rate this experience as satisfactory, but you guys can do a lot better...

I don't want a replacement, but please look forward that it doesn't happen again.

I am very surprised at your statement since we do not sell used products. Gloves are packed in plastic shell bags and jackets come in their own polybags with product tags.

Its ok. I use them everyday so replacement is not practical now but Thanks anyways...

I suspect something wrong with the courier service. The courier box was half torn, could this be normal? (?)
