    I placed an order and paid for DSG Revive more than two weeks ago, PlanetDSG confirmed that they were in stock and would be shipped the very next day. I got an email a couple of days ago saying they cancelled my order. When I attempted to reach their listed phone number, they take my details but never call back despite explicitly mentioning that they will. I've sent them an email to which I got no response either.

    And the final kicker today - they just reject my phonecall outright. They do not have the bare minimum courtsey to notify a customer themselves nor answer to our enquiries. It is disappointing to see such lack of professionalism from xBHP's official gear partner.

        I ordered a Tank Pad from Planet DSG online on 8th Aug, which i have not received till date, they even have not shipped it. I, later on requested a refund, even thats not done.

        I have had 8 mails on the subject, 12-15 calls & few SMSs also. Every time i am assured that they will call back, but none to date. I even mentioned that I am an XBHPian, still no attention or response.

        I am really feeling so helpless. Will never buy anything from DSG now.

        However, please help me get my refund or the product.

        My name is Paramjeet, and am from Lucknow.

        And Mods, if you reading this, please help me, if possible.

          Please wake up, and respond to the complaint.

          Best resolution now would be a refund please.

          Moderators, please help me.

            That's a surprise for us too. We will try to find out who attended your phone call. Order was canceled due to non-availability of stock to send out in courier. We were down to last pair and do not send out display units to out of town customers as these may have been tried by a few customers in our store. Product is now back in stock and can be shipped out.

            Our parcel was shipped late last month. Parcel shipping was delayed after your email requesting a hold on shipment to club two orders of which second was not made resulting a mixup even at our end for your parcel.

              Thanks, both Samarth and PlanetDSG. I'm happy to get a response. I appreciate your ethical practice with not sending the display-units. However, please understand that closure is very important. I'd have been happy to wait if I was just notified. Outright closing the order and shutting communication is the real life equivalent of shutting your doors right on the customer's face. I've placed another order, I'm looking forward for my new gloves.
