Forget to ask, Is there a option to get this helmet with clear visor too ? Or the Black visor just work in the night too ?

In that case, I found all Daijya G-Fit helmet have clear visor as well as drop-down sun visor.

Please clear the doubts.

P.S:-Nuvo got rear cooling vents which Daijya lacks.

Nuvo helmets are available with clear visor. Tinted visors are not advisable for use in low visibility conditions or at night.
