Joel...Any plans for the 210 cc big bore kit for the RTR. Am already loving every single bit of your FFE on my 180...thanks once again.

the p220 and p200 block are interchangeable. Only the crank stroke differs.Originally posted by riot View PostBro plz answer my previous question. Will it work with P200 too because Stock P220 cylinder kit is not a straight fit for 200?
The 230cc bigbore of the p220 will be 210cc on the p200 coz of the lower stroke length.

Bro plz answer my previous question. Will it work with P200 too because Stock P220 cylinder kit is not a straight fit for 200?Originally posted by Joel View PostThe bigbore kit for the P220 will be out in 2 months from now. All the exhausts now come with the db killer and it can be removed as and when needed for in-city use. For full performance, it has to be removed.
The p220 will indeed be a fire cracker with the extra cc, exhaust and headwork. Something that will be a serious run for money
. Having said that the R15 is also a screamer, so is the RTR and Karizma. Ultimately, what matters is to just soup your ride the way you want and have fun. It would be unfair to compare a souped P220 v/s a souped R15, RTR, karizma etc since each engine has its own limitations. What is fun is, beating bigger stock bikes which cost nearly twice or more.

You have got to mail me once this is ready. Eagerly waiting for it since a long time.Originally posted by Joel View Post^The ECU is a plug and play job. You can do it yourself in 2 mins.
@gd76 - Pls wait for the 230cc bigbore kit for the p220
And please anna please do give a thought on working on a esteem for rally purpose. Already went bonkers seeing your OHC Vtec
The sound would mellow down after a couple of thousand kms of riding, comfortable to ride in city. Highway riding depends on the rider's tolerance. I havent faced any problem with the roar on constant high speeds. Rather i believe in "Loud pipes save lives"Originally posted by ashwin208 View Postwhoa .. 230 cc big bore along with a head job and your ffe will definitely turn the p220dtsi into a monster .. not that it isnt already !!
Would the big bore be ready by august this year ?? Planning to meet you sometime around then for the head job and ffe .. If the big bore kit is ready then nothing like it !!
Ive been waiting to get my bike joelled for a long time .. Also , im interested in the dB killer for the ffe .. when would that be out ?? and once its out , if you could , will you please put up a video of the 220 or r15 with and without the dB killer ??
Im personally not a fan of too much sound because on a tour , the continuous roaring of the ffe could be too much for my ears to handle ..
