Inter State Transfer of bike
hello Xbhpians,
Guys i need your Help to my problem, i have a R15 registered in Orissa and now i want to send it to my brother residing at Hyderabad.
What are the necessary steps i need to do before sending the bike to Hyderabad regarding documentation, my RTO has asked me for a NOC from the police station at my place and then i can send it to Hyderabad, will i have to register the bike once again in Hyderabad,
1}what about the taxes that i have paid here in Orissa at the time of purchase of the vehicle 07 / 08 / 2008, should that be refunded from the Orissa government.
2}what is the percentage of value of tax that i have to pay at Hydrebad.
3}can i run the vehicle there at Hydrebad with my orissa registration.
4}will i have to transfer the bike to the person (my brother) whom i am going to send the bike to.
5} if i send the bike by train will i have to pay any taxes
