Bro, You should read the first post between the lines. It says:

It’s very simple and some of you already do it on a daily basis, all you have to do is try and post as many news as possible on the forum about biking world within a span of one month. The person posting the highest number of authenticated news will be selected as the winner of the month and will be given two xBhp Tees. At the end of three months, xBhp team will select one person among the winners of the last 3 months’ contest and award him with the title of xNewsreaper. The title will be given to him for a period of six months. The xNewsreaper will also be featured in the xBhp magazine.
Which means, that the contest starting from 1st June will end completely on 31st August, excluding the monthly winners.

No bro, give it a try! After all, xbhp is going to be benefitted from more news, even if we don't win.
But Thanks so much for the good luck wishes.

Lol ??? What for? I don't need authority or responsibility. It's much better to be without it.

Everybody reading this thread: This contest was started to increase the participation of xBhp members to ensure uninterrupted fresh and 'interesting' material for the consumption of our community members, so that every time somebody visits xBhp, he gets to see something new and something fresh.

But let us make very clear that all that we want on xBhp is news that is interesting and thought provoking. We will never tolerate compromise with quality to increase the quantity. Instead of 4 or 5 irrelevant news items, we are more than happy with one or two quality posts. We are even happy with no news items at all, but please make sure that news that you post on xBhp should be relevant in Indian context and should be interesting enough to start discussion.

We were a little lenient in first month of this contest, but not any more. We won't even mind closing the contest if we do not get quality content. so please make sure that the news items that you post on xBhp should be:
                    1. Relevant in Indian context.
                    2. From a trustworthy source.
                    3. Interesting enough to start discussion.

Just copy pasting from other sites won't do, try to learn the art of news making.

^ I totally agree. Guys, I want to elaborate on the 3 points mentioned:

                      1. Any news that affects us Indians should be posted. Like "BMW giving $500 riding gear free with every S1000RR" taken from a UK based site, is not at all relevant to us, since UK's marketing offers don't apply here.
Similarly, "License procurement procedures changed slighty" from a US site is as good as un-needed.

                      2. Any popular magazine or newspaper's official website is accepted as a valid source. But try confirming the news by google-ing it on the internet. If a magazine website claims that it has some exclusive insider information without giving proper pics, you should not always believe it.

For example, These sources are accepted in general:

                      Foreign websites:
motorcycle-usa.com (In UK/ USA sites, not all news will be relevant)
                      visordown.com
                      londonbikers.com

                      Indian websites:
                      economictimes.indiatimes.com
                      bsmotoring.com
                      business-standard.com

                      These sources are NOT acceptable:

                      Vicky's website,
                      ********** website,
Other amateur blogs claiming out of the world stuff like 350cc Pulsar by 2012, R6 coming to India, etc.
Blogs created using Blogspot, etc. like bikescoping.blogspot.com (fictional example).

                      3. News should raise positive interest and discussion. Controversy should be avoided unless its an important news. Sometimes, news can raise controversies, like a news article for a biker rally on Gays and lesbians.
Your posted news should not be a 1 post topic, rather it should invite activity, opinions, information, etc.

                      Also do this:

                      1. Check whether the news is already posted,
                      2. Check whether the news is not an April fool's joke, trick, etc. Yes, it happened earlier, a R125 launch was approved, but it was a April Fool's joke by a reliable website.
                      3. Check the date of the news. If its too old, its no point posting it.

                      4. If you feel like it, do add your own balanced and unbiased analysis on the news, thereby adding value to it. Like Sunil ji said, copy pasting is not required. You can creatively type by your own and show 'the journalist' in you.

Wish you guys all the best, not only for the competition, but posting news after it...
