Help needed in getting NOC from Vashi RTO

    Help needed in getting NOC from Vashi RTO

    Hi all,

    I am recently moved to my hometown hyderabad from Navi mumbai. My Bike registered with Vashi RTO (MH 43). I need NOC from Vashi RTO to get re-register it in Hyderabad.

    Can anybody helps me in following questions?

    1. Process for getting NOC?
    2. Is bike needed physically to get NOC?
    3. How much cost will charge approxmately if i go through RTO agents?
    4. What may be the rule for lifetax payament (My bike is 9 months old )? is it difference in VAT payable? or need to pay complete tax in Hyd and apply for refund in Vashi?

    I googled through web for vashi RTO, but i didnt get exact information. Please help needed...


    Now i am living in Hyderabad from April 2011.

        1. buy noc form from rto its called form no. 28 (3page)
        2. fill it and attach with copy of RC,insurance,pollution,ID and one photo
        3. add original RC also
        4. Traffic police report(ask rto where i should get that) attach along with form.
        5. Submit all paper
        6. After all the process you'll get a) computerised copy of NOC b) two paper of form 28 C) your original RC signed by office
