the bike look's awesome, how about posting pic's of the hid's in action and a video of alternator in action?
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

The projector+angel eyes setup looks superb. It must look like daylight with all of them ON!

Wow! You remembered me? So nice. The BCU mod is fine but swapping the whole wiring is more hassle free. Any problems encountered with making the Speedometer work with older gen pulsar wiring?
      Hi Pavan,

How can I forget you. you were the person who guided me to make my bike from AC to DC. Initially the speedometer was working fine but for last 4-5 days it is not working properly. It is showing abrupt results

@nottyboy...yah it was for sure a great risk, putting the R15 fairing, adding alternator to charge battery heavily and contineously, putting 4 HIDs, changing the wiring from new model to old model. took around 3 months to complete the whole.

@arun.bk...The mechanic asked 5k to put the original rear disc on the existing setup and 10k for changing the whole rear setup to P220...so dropped the idea

Dont like the 2 dummy discs. Remove them if possible. Also, the front and rear tyre patterns are mismatched.
@abhijeet...Thanks a lot...this is from Maruti 800 Non AC. At first I was not in a mood to add the disc plates but my mechanic assured me that I will get good response if I put that...and that worked. People are getting confused if the bike is modified or a new pulsar model or a imported bike

@aargee...Thanks a lot for the compliment...after getting response from all people I know that my work did not went in vain

I guess this ain't a new thing to do.. One of my friend actually has a dummy disc on his Apache160.
May be people will think for a second that the bike actually has double disc brakes.. For the sake of a split second thought actually..

Nice work buddy but i have few doubts please clear them if possible . R15 has liquid cool engine but in your case i think P200 has oil cooler only and the engine is Air cooled right..? so are you facing any issues of Engine overheating or do you see/feel any signs of engine stress . Am asking because you've covered almost every thing around engine with R15's front F'ring and it must be restricting air flow around engine which is not good for air cooled engine . I might sound stupid but please clear my doubt if possible.
Its not enough to know how to twist the throttle; you must have judgement to know when and where to do it.

Wonder what the use is really.I mean Disks aren't uncommon or exotic!
On a side note-there is a modded ZMA here with 3 dummy disk in front apart from the real one and another one at the rear

                      Great!

                      A mod neatly done.

                      Good job!

Just love the R1 inspired looks.

I too wonder what it is for really,? Mostly for fake looks I guess.. like I said, for a split second people "might" think that this guys bike has got double discs, wow! a fake sophistication i guess.. (some people still think discs are part of premium bikes and some still believe they're for looks..)
                        mostly its all rubbish..
