    I have noticed that the way Hero Honda positions the springs is opposite to Bajaj.Attached pic of hunk shows that the side with more spaced coil is towards the swingarm.with pulsar or any other bajaj its opposite.

    Even Enfield which uses Gas Charged Shock Absorbers for some of its model fits them upside down so the spring is similar to HH.Any specific reason for this difference?Is this why HH bikes are more smooth on potholes?
