  • Can we talk?

http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/st...&q=2+WAY+RADIO but i am still reluctant to go and buy one for my bikers group back home because of the legalities. though one of my friend just advised me to bring one and use it without any consent and I am not completely sure about it.

Beside all this, using a do 2-way radio in India will always be a concern no matter even if you have a license to use it. the suspicious cops WILL enquire if they see one of those radios that two in the hands of young "criminal's black pulsar" bikers. but anyways, I am kind off ready to face that situation but that can be only possible if I have a license to show them on their face. So does anyone knows the procedure and fee to get a license for a 2-way radio and whom should we really contact for the same?

was mad about this thing after my boards this year!!
year you need to pay a heavily decent amount to the govet for a specific frequency..or take permission from the govt.
and if you use walky talky at a frequency which is illegal to use without informing the authorities then you'll be a siting duck for the police ...
so better use your cellphone rather than going to jail...
m having unlimited plan on my cellphone and use like walky talky )

I have used walkies when I went trekking into himalayas. So unless you are using it for some serious purpose just be a little careful and use them.
