Resin Glue will be of no use other than making ur heat sink fan stick onto the ballast, try Thermal Grease along with a Processor cooling heat sink which is almost available in any Computer shops which is a heat transfer compound effectively transfers the heat generated by the Ballast more efficiently.

That's the reason why he has put up the fan "Heat Dissipation"

people say that a single projector is designed for just 1 setting, either high or low beam, how does your projector handle both?
I'm asking because I want to install a projector for my h4 55/60W halogen.
