Thanks for your valuable feedback.. I will defiantly do these things.
Can you suggest me Which Tyre should i use. I have done 35000 Kms now can see my bike need a new one.
I normally drive at 60-80 speed so have to make selection according to that.
Okay. You can find out more about the choice of tyres in the tyre section thread.

The factory fit tyres are Eurogrip and they are not so good. But its very cheap and last for very long range, like atleast 20k-30k km. Its a subsidary of TVS tyres and these tyres are not good at grip or performance, my bike too comes with the same, the tyres are good if you ride at speeds less than 60 in dry and 40kmph in wet conditions. Also it increases mileage at sacrifice of safety at high speeds.

But on personal note I suggest two good choices on where and what condition you ride. I think discovers come with 3.00x17 size tyres so my choice stands between:

    1. Ceat Vertigo Sport (button tyres for good grip on mud/sand in wet/dry but little wobbly on highway for mixed riding conditions)

    2. MRF Zapper C (Good grip on tarmac, average performance in little wet condition, but not designed for mud or sand roads, for only riding on tar roads)

There are no short-cuts to any place worth going. So ride safe when you are treading uncharted roads.

Thanks Guys... And as Far as Rider's weight concern i am only 55kgs... and I think this weight is required atleast to manage bike

And I get my bike serviced regularly every Month.(First Expenses i do from my Salary )

@Prajnyan : I will try to Go with Zapper option. Any Idea about changing the Handle bar, current one is very comfortable but very basic. Can I get FZ's or Pulsar one fitted?

I really dont think you need to get bike serviced every month! How many km do you ride in a month?
Get your bike serviced at interval of 2000km/2.5months with oil change and regular servicing. And for every 500km's once after service you can yourself check engine oil level, chain lubrication, and if there are any other problem you can get it serviced then, or else I don't think every month is good, you will simply waste money.

P.S: I dont even wash my bike, it only sees water if it rains or whenever it has free service done every 70days!

I drive 70 Kms daily from Home to Office and Office to Home
So It is 70*5+100(for weekend masti on 2 days) 450 Kms in a Week and 450*4=1800 Kms in month.
I drive fast many times... Thats why i just get it services every month. On Interval of 1800-2000 Kms.

Loose personal weight to the index/recommended level.....if you are on the heavier side..
Keep tire pressure correct and check often.
Fill Petrol in early Morning or late evening from a reputed Vendor..
Change the riding style ... slow acceleration, shifting to the top gear at 50Kmph and avoiding sudden braking by anticipating signal change and traffic movement..
Removing safety and mandatory parts is not advisable.

While I cannot think of removing essentials like mirrors , stands etc I also believe all the motorcycles we have are seriously overweight . With the availability of modern composite materials, ever lighter and stronger alloys and space-age technology, no way they can't build an equally strong bike within 100Kg . I'd prefer 80 Kg or less . If we look at bicycles in the meantime, say in the last 10-20 years they have shed 3/4 of their overall weight by using modern materials , yet have gained essential strength, speed & efficiency .

I always been through this thing, Remove Dead weight from Bike for better Mileage.
But nobody actually tell which all parts are Dead Weights(Except Saare Guard)

Can anyone tell be which all unnecessary things can be removed from a bike, For Better Looks and Mileage as well.

I have already removed Saare Guard and Chain Cover from my bike.
There is no way to shed weight of your stock bike unless done by manufacturer , all utilities do not have weight significance on performance and milege. chnge for lighter bike 100 cc's for better FE
Also starve yourself to bones , because your (rider) weight is more significant than those accessories weight

Super bikes are way too light compared to power they deliver , they can afford to use light weight compounds due to price they command overweight bikes we use daily arer cheaper to manufacture

This will not be true for all, as the definition of essential is relative to the user. But. for me, there were quiet a few "non-essential" parts that comes from factory and have removed them. Bike is Zma.

                      1. Saree guard. Never rode with a pillion with saree till date. Don't expect to.
                      2. Chain cover. removed them as soon as got my bike. Done 26k so far. Chain + sprockets(stock) in "very" good condition.
                      3. Kicker. Removed them as I never use them.
                      4. Replaced stock handle with clip-ons that are lighter.

I never weigh them but, together, they are quiet heavy just lifting them. Weight may differ from different manufacturers, depending on the gauge of steel used.

Always wanted to remove middle stand, but our workshops are not equipped with bike stands, so it stays. Personally, I don't use them.

Lastly. Fuel can make a significant difference too..easily 10 kilos .
