  • The Best Enthusiast bikes(used) for,below 1 lakh:

Alright, here is the deal. You have 100k or less to spare for a bike.Safest bet, which a normal guy would take is to get a new 150cc and be happy with it.These are the bikes for the normal guys who won't be happy with it.I am speaking about those bikes which can bring a smile each time you ride it.
I have always thought when owning a bike, its got to be different, not something everyone rides for commuting.
Saw a similar thread about cars, got me thinking what options do we have in case of bikes. So what are the options available?
Please post the name of bike, pros and cons of that model, average price range etc.
This should be a guide for a newbie enthusiast who don't want to buy a "boring" bike!

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

      2012 model apache
Apache 180 is one of the best options for an enthusiast on a budget.
      Positives:
      1)Powerful,high torque,bullet proof engine.
      2)Good handling.
3)Cheap,due to low resale value of TVS.
      Negatives:
      1)Vibrations
      2)Ergonomics not suitable for everyone
      3)Not so great tyres
Note :Pre-2012 models have same engine, with a different look. Will get it cheap too.

Ug3 model of pulsar is loved by enthusiasts, because it is more fun to ride in city conditions than the latter versions.

        1)Cheap spares.
        2)Decent mileage.
3)Better low end torque making it better to ride in city conditions.
        Negatives:
1)Later versions are better in highway
        2)More mileage for later versions.
