I have read in some old threads that we need to make some adjustments to air and fuel flow in carburetor bikes, before riding in high altitudes. I understand its necessary because the default carburetor configuration in high altitudes will cause lesser air to enter the ignition chamber resulting in reduced performance while climbing.
Now, I have already made my mind that I will ride my Honda Stunner up the hills, but I live in a small town where most mechanics are not acquainted with modifications. Please assume that the service centre will not help me anyway.
I need your expert advice about which jet will give an increased fuel input? Should I get a Jet from Hero Achiever? Or should I just drill a larger hole in the existing stock Jet ?
