FZ25 stock tyre performance is disappointing

Tire treads at least 60%
Cracks only on one side of the tyre. Pretty odd. Didn't expect this. I ride with caution and try to dodge every pothole I can still in this scenario. I previously owned ages ago- Yamaha R15 V1 (2009). Even its soft compound tyre lasted 12,000 km.
Please guide how to avail warranty on this.
