  • Rant: Suzuki Service Center - All are Frauds/ Cheats especially Aryan Suzuki, Whitefield Bangalore

So I had bought Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 from Aryan Suzuki in Feb 2020.It was good going especially till March 2022 when I had accident and at same time warranty expired and extended warranty started.

In July 2022 I asked SVC manager about the interval that I have to maintain since motorcycle is now in extended warranty, He told. 6 months/ 5k kms is fine.

Following the same schedule I was getting the services from same service center.

Now around March-April 2023 I noticed fog in the headlights, as people has faced the issue, i knew that its covered under warranty but was not sure whether its in extended one or not.

I informed the SVC regarding this, and he said it is not covered as it comes under normal wear and tear and also service booklet does not mention it.

Now I am maintaining the interval of 4-5 months b/w the service as suggested to me.

I went to some other service center to get some work done , I asked them the same thing. As per then this issue is known and it is covered as part of extended warranty. Although they wont change it as I have not got services done under them. also service interval is not maintained as per manual.

I again checked with my SVC, they again said it is not covered, I raised a complaint in Suzuki, they said they cannot help on this matter that cant say if its covered or not.

Today I got confirmed form other SVC, according to them also its covered but wont do since service interval is not maintained.

I called the manager of my SVC again informing him about same thing. He is saying that he cant do it as headlight might he affected during accident so it might be damaged part.

He says that claim will be rejected but never raises it and avoids it as if it has to be paid by him.

Plus he has changed his statement 2 times.

Here the Service Center mentioned is Aryan Suzuki, Hoodi Whitefield, Bangalore.I cant specify other SVC as they have helped me lot with the bike and showed as lot patience to fix my handling issues.

Here I have noticed that Service manager of Aryan Suzuki, Hoodi Whitefield, Bangalore thinks that he is diplomatic, but he misleads and is a fraud/ cheat.( Not sure if I should post his name)

Also the Suzuki is a cheat and partner in misleading customers as they don't define proper terms and conditions regarding warranty. It leaves it to the SVCs and doesn't hold the SVC accountable. It always wants you to talk to SVC and fight with them.

Any one who wants to buy Suzuki Motorcycle, please think before giving your hard earned money to them. You might get good engine, if something goes wrong they will mislead you and Suzuki wont help.

There is a reason, even if their engines are good, we don't see their bikes on roads

Problem with the guarantee with most Indian Vehicles is that neither the owner or the authorised service center understand the terms and conditions, and the manufacturer himself will slip out of it by denying it....
The first thing to do on buying a vehicle is to see what all is covered and what is NOT COVERED by both the Guarantee and Insurance clauses. This will save a lot of grief later on.
The training that the ASC Mechs and Supervisors undergo at the Factory is pathetic...They are only told of the main clauses, how to sell the bike and it's plus and comparison with a another manufacturer with near similar specs and price. This is the reason that most of the ASCs have one or other version of interpreting the clauses , and how to go about executing their obligations to the Customer...
So learn the Guarantee terms and conditions along with what is covered and what is not... If in doubt and with a Valid complaint on Service from ASC , it is better to communicate to the All India Service Manager with Specific details in writing. ..A complaint sent in writing brings better results than one on phone to discuss the same.
      Just my thought..
