    Honda Dio(New Model 2012) Modifications:

    Hey guys I am starting a new thread about Honda Dio(New Model 2012) modification,I've implemented the following mods on my Matt Black Honda Dio 2012:

    Engine related Mods:
    -- NGK Iridium Ix Sparkplug.
    -- Splitfire sparkplug cable.
    -- K & N Air Filter(RC 1060) re-jetted Carburetor.

    Audibles(Horn):
    -- ROOTS Windtone with Relay.

    Lighting Mods:
    -- 35W HID H4 TYPE 2 with slim ballast.
    -- Upgraded Speedometer Console Lights(Halogen) to LEDs (SMD T10 Wedges).
    -- Streetglow LED Strip lights(Underbody) Color:Green.

    Battery:
    Upgraded my stock battery(Exide 3Ah) to Amaron Pro Rider 5Ah with Custom clamps.

    Security Installation:
    ROOTS Gladiator.

    Care Products:
    --Motomax Liquid Polish.
    --Waxpol Vinyl Polish.
    --Vista Dashboard Polish.
    --Godrej AIR.
    --Robert's Liquid Polish.
    --Chamois Cloth.
    --Mircofiber cloth.

        Hello there buddies, I am facing an issue in my Honda Dio 2012, After a ride of 15-20 mins or so I get a noise from the drive belt of the engine, very annoying noise too. I explained this problem to Honda A.S.* guys, they say its from the drive belt caused due to accumulation of dust on the drive belt which is made up of nylon or rubber like material and they say its pretty common too. Noise vanishes after the motoscooter gets serviced. Local mechanics say a full vehicle water wash may solve the problem. What might be the possible solution guys??.Any idea??. Thanks in advance.

          upgrade dio engine ?

          can anyone plez help me... i need suggestion to upgrade my 102cc honda dio. shod i put big bore kit in it ? will it help me to gain some more power ?
          its 2006 model n crossed 55000 km. and m also facing milage issue. plez guys suggest me somthng which gona improve my performance of bike.
