Honda roller rockers

Recently I came across several pictures for the Honda Tiger roller rockers.

Due to not being able to translate the documents well enough into english, I could not understand where to buy these roller rockers.

It is my understanding these will fit the cb series engines too correct?

Please help. Thank you.

With what objective do you want to fit them into the CB series? Replacement for parts with better quality? or performance?
