Sorry if this is a repeated question, but i would like to know what ways can we cure or at least reduce pains in the butt when you ride for a long time, continuously ?
This past weekend i did about 1300 kms in 40 hours, the last 200 km part of the journey was beyond horrible. It pained a lot, and i just had to bear it.
I took micro breaks of about 10 mins every 100kms, but even then, the last 200 kms i really suffered.
Any tips or suggestions ? Saddlesore accomplished folks especially, please shed a light
