I have been facing some serious issues with my Pulsar 200 NS, and have been complaining about the same to the SVC but they dismiss them courtsey their careless and irresponsible attitude.
Shot an email to Bajaj Customer Care 12 days back but they are not resolving it saying they have forwarded the same to the dealer and i should wait for their call. Haven't got the call from the dealer till date and the customer care has updated the status that dealer called but i didnt pick up the phone. I was like WTF. Even after repeated mails and calls i get the same answer. Now they have stopped replying to the mails and when called they speak with no respect for the customer and its shocking to listen to the way they answer.
Its seriously shocking to see the behaviour of customer care and i must say they have become as careless and irresponsible as the dealer. Two years back when the 200 NS was launched they listened to the problems related to the bike carefully and took strict action, but i guess gone are those days as the product is now established in the market.Pathetic to see such response from so called reputed brand like Bajaj.
Now i have no options left and thats why need Bajaj's Zonal or senior management number. I am seriously surprised to see the treatment given to the customer here. Disappointed by Bajaj, and dont think il again buy a Bajaj Product in my life.
Need your help/ suggestions guys.
