Firstly,
A warm welcome to Xbhp. We would really love an introduction in the "Who are you?" Section, to know more about you as a person. What you ride, what you do for living, etc.
I'm sorry we can't mail you. I would recommend you to come to this topic to read replies as Xbhp is a public forum.
For making it road legal and certified for sale, you need to work in close contact with ARAI and apply for certification. Go to the mentioned link for the purpose:- https://www.araiindia.com/contact_us.asp
Remember, the homologation/ certification is somewhat of an expensive process, so it would be better if you can make all improvements in advance before approaching ARAI... so that you can sell in peace for years to come.
Meanwhile, I think it would be better if you first apply for a closed test by a Media house. It would be nice to have public awareness before you start selling.
Please get in touch with the below mentioned people for the same. They are the Core staff of Xbhp, including the publications division:-->

Description looks good but without pics nobody will be able to comment on the bike. Please post more details as to which bike is the base design based upon? Is this a ground up new design which you did it yourself? What is top speed/ acceleration statistics? Is this single cylinder diesel? who is manufacturer of diesel engine?Fun Starts at Redline!!!Comment

First of all congratulations on your proposed new line up of beasts and your creation!
Here are some tips, you may find useful:
To begin with, considering the fact that you have built the bike from scratch, like all other vehicles; you will have to get it registered with the local RTO.
Since, we are talking about a high powered bike like our good old thumper, you may want to get it certified by an authority like ARAI, pune after sending them down a working prototype after which you may apply for a registration with the local RTO by producing your ARAI certification.
Basic idea behind this was, someone known to me who conducted a road test without certification was asked to obtain one.

With 128bhp and 250nm of torque! Giving.milage of 22-24kmpl.
Looks like bigger Harley's or triumph rocket 3
Presently I have capacity of making 3-4 bikes per year.

Please note that ARAI certification is required first.
RTO is later on. RTO usually asks for the Type/ Prototype Certificate, Trade Certificate and maybe, a certificate related to the company (not too sure about this), the former of which would be provided by ARAI.

A lot of work needs to be done before its ready. Like patenting the technology, arai certification, rto approval, road and feasibility test etc.
Btw, you deserve appreciation for at least trying something new. But please put the figures correctly so that people take interest in your project.
