    Are there any Ducati's out there?

    Hello Everyone,

    Are there any Ducati's out there?

    I am based in Pune and from what I know my Bike is the only proper Ducati in the city, Would love to hear from other Ducati owners around... may be we can organize a Ducati Club or atleast a meet somewhere.

      How about some pics of your beast.
      You sound like u've bought it from the official Ducati dealer in India.
      If that is the case, we would love to hear your story and experience.

      Superbike riders, u'll find many but a Ducati owners club ?! . . . . ummm that's gonna take some time

          As far as i know, there are three Ducati Monsters in Pune.
          One is at Mr. Sherry Bhathena's garage,one is in kothrud, and one is in COPS club.

                I have a Ducati Monster 695 which was imported Legally on TR. Its a 2007.
                Does any one have any more info about the Ducati in Kothrud?

                I am wondering if, you would be refering to a bike with Pennsylvania plates, ;-) it was mine.

                  The one is COPS is mine, If you are refering to a MOnster 900 with Remus exhausts .... it was a completely burnt down Ducati that I helped restore. That bike was picked up by DRI in the recent raid :-(

                    That is sad! The one at Mr. Bhathena's garage was crashed and the right side was damaged.
                    The one in kothrud is owned by an ex sbk dealer.

                      The burnt M900 was completely restored, (with a poor paint job) but looks aside its runs like a champ now, I was the designated road tester and parts aquirer for the restoration.

                      Wonder what DRI is going to do with it, I know the current owner will not be interested in investing any more money in it to get it back. For him it was the thrill of restoring a destroyed bike, he does not even ride it.


                      If you know this guy in Kothrud, Would appreciate it if you could introduce us.

                        Ok, since the burnt Ducati is the second one. There is one more Ducati that exists.At Mr. Bhathena's garage.

                          Thats the bike Rehann crashed and died on. It was earler owned by Tony (Kordolia)
                          Locking the front and flipping is the worst experience you could err experience.

                            wasn't this a 1994 model ducati?

                            when rehann had just bought it, he offered the bike for something like 4.5Lacs.

                            may his soul rest in peace..
