Please guide me on the formalities required for changing the registration number of two wheeler from Karnataka to Kerala.

NOTE : The bike was purchased and registered in Gujarat and changed the registration and number to Karnataka 2 months back.
Now as my friend is planning to purchase the bike from me in Kerala and hence would like to know the formalities.

Any leads on amount and genuine person or driving schools who facilitate this request will be helpful.
