I am not sure if this is the current forum thread, moderators please move the post if it's in the wrong thread.

So I purchased a bike from some one back in 2011, he handed me his RC and form 29 & 30 signed and filled to transfer. He doesn't live in india anymore now.

Me being lazy, postponed transfer by few months, and then the worst happen and I lost the RC. I kept using bike in his registration till I figure out what to do.

2016 now, I've to sell the bike off as I am moving out from here. Now the panic strike, what to do... I can't sell this bike without an RC ...

What options do I've, please suggest.
