tuning a bike is deceptivley easy (u just have to rotate a screw) , but it requires lot of expereince to get it right , so better get it done by a mechanic , and as far as i know the cost will be very minimum , what kind of tuning do you want ? mileage tuning or power tuning ? the latter one will add more pick up for your bike ,\"Float like a Butterfly Sting like a Bee\"

Expert ? hmm defibe expert ! I'm no expert but here my 2 cents anyway .
if your engine revs but speedometer show low speed not in proportion to RPM then its the clutch plates .
there could be other reason ( if above is excluded ) , such as poor spark , clogged air filter , jets . bets bet - let PB service the bike clean carb and filter , then see .
how old is the bike and when did you last service it ? has it always been this way from the beginning ?Man will occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of the time he will pick himself up and continue on.

Try to go to the service centre. Dont try to tune the engine if you r trying to do it for the first time. See for some time(6 to 7 times) how the mechanic tunes your baby then you try yourself.I HAVE ONE SIMILARITY WITH THE SUN ,THE SOURCE OF ALL POWER ON EARTH...............

i don't know what you mean by tuning, but there's very little one can do with the carb. only 2 settings ... one for idle running rpm and idle mixture screw ... both of these don't make much of a difference beyond 1/4th of the throttle operation (approx). you need to re-jet the carb if you want any decent power boosts etc ...\"Faster, Faster, Until The Thrill Of Speed Overcomes The Fear Of Death\"-Dr. Hunter S. Well u cud do small stuff like playing with needle clip etc. if your serious about power though and have money to spend on a CDI(rather then waste on mags and hrc) then u can go in for a programmable CDI.i have just ordered one for my pulsar150.
