  • Importing Used Parts from USA for Older SBKs

    Hi,

I am collecting some parts (both used and new ones) and looking to have them shipped from USA. This will include some used parts with gas/petroleum/grease residue, a battery and some other stuff.

Which operators can help me get it shipped to India at a good price. If this is an HAZMAT certified transporter, then even better. I am all ears for people with some experience on this matter.

    Cheers

PS: No need to mention that I can have them shipped with a friend. Recently got stopped by TSA in USA while bringing some parts and had to call a friend to take them back home. That was a nightmare!

      Hey Brother,

Thanks for stopping and checking by. I would love to hear about someone who can bring in a LCL/Pellet load. It shouldn't have been a problem at all, but TSA is a PITA anyway. But more than that, from what I read, it completely depends on the airline you are flying with. I had a misfortune to fly with Qatar (which I will never do again in my life). Bunch of inexperienced freshers.

PM me and I will connect with you offline on this.
