  • Protecting rear view mirror in bikes

    Hi all,

I am just getting frustrated of bike rear view mirror being hit by people who try to cut in narrow gaps..

Can u help if there is some mirrors which panels are strong enough or we need to move the bike to the most left possible?

Do we have any other ways to protect..

    GBD Approved

Fix metal spikes or barbed wire on the outside surface of the mirror
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

That motorcycle has handlebar mirrors right? In that case you wont have issues in traffic. The mirrors will extend only upto the edges of your handlebar. If you ride properly and carefully, nothing will hit or touch the mirrors. If you are parking the motorcycle in a busy area, thats a completely different story. In that case you will have to worry about other important things than the mirrors..

I guess the question here is about how others are bugging him by trying to squeeze through gaps which dont even exist. Though you ride properly or not, you life depends on how others ride as well (Its altogether OT though )

Well thats correct as well. I do sometimes have to TILT my bike to prevent TOUCHY situations.
