  • Royal Enfield owners wanted

Hello, everyone. I've got a bit of an unusual proposition for you.

I work for Royal Enfield at the company's technical centre in the UK, and I am directly involved in the creation of new products.

To do that in the best way possible I need to know what customers think of our bikes. If you own an Enfield and want to voice your opinion, please go to this link and fill out a short survey that I've put together: https://surveys.enalyzer.com/?pid=ted7g6qg

The information will be used only to help us develop new products, not for marketing or spam of any sort. You don't even have to put your phone number or e-mail address, only your name.

    Thank you guys in advance.

    Paul

Yes that's the idea, to capture the thoughts of current RE owners.

However your question raises a good point which is that I'm also very interested in what NON-RE owners think of our bikes and brand. I'm currently working on another survey to address that, so if you wouldn't mind, please wait for that one.

        Thanks!

Since I didn't mention it before....

in case it wasn't clear I'm not Indian. I've been to (and ridden in) Delhi and Chennai, but I can only get over there so often. So it's really tough for me to get a sense of the market, like you guys have. The only way I can really do it is by talking to you. Until I make it over there again (for Rider Mania whoohoo!), surveys like this are the best I can do.

So I really appreciate you guys' honest feedback. Thanks in advance!

Thanks. Hope it helps in making something new + improving the existing ones.

Thank you...also thank you to all the others who have filled it out so far. Yes it is helping already, and further this is the pilot/test of a survey that I'd like to be given to every single new RE purchaser, at the time of their first service.

That way everyone will have a voice that is heard directly by those of us developing the models! Good for everyone, I think.

              Thanks for reply,
I'm looking ahead for the non RE feedback.

If both RE and non RE owners feedback are taken for analysis then RE can reach as much of customer than anyother.
