    Essentials for Winter Spiti Bike Ride-


    1.Junoon,Zid,Passion.They are most important.


    2.Very high quality gloves with wind proof and inside fleece.


    3.Very high quality fleece lined rubber shoes.


    4.A good jacket doubled with wind proof rain coat.


    5.DIY tyre cahin,ropes,zip ties etc for snow patches.


    6.Thermos for hot water.Buy Atlasware brand.Very effective keeping water hot for long long hours.


    7.A very wells serviced bike with good condition battery.Bike will face starting problem in the morning but dont worry,it will start
    after it becomes warm or sun comes out.Dont overdo your ignition.


    8.If possible,park your bike under roof or carry a thick Tirpal for outside parking during nights.


    9.Buy Hand Knitted local sheep wool socks.Very effective.


    10.Keep a very sharp eye for invisible ice sheet on road,specially in shadow area.Even a very smaal patch is dangerous and bike can skid.


    11.Days required-6-10 days.
