Today I had a test ride of the Kawasaki Vulcan S 650 and I am quite impressed with the looks of the bike. Though the stock model looks normal, the one which was with the accessories was amzing with the crash guard, additional side lights and backrest.

Initially, Honda CBR 650 was on mind. However, based on some suggestion from fellow xbhpians went on try the Vulcan. I was suggested Vulcan as my height (5.3") might be a concern when handling the CBR, and also since it is on heavier side.

The only worry with the Vulcan is it's very low ground clearance. What could be the reason for keeping such low ground clearance, the company knows.

Also the accessories are too costly. I would definitely want the crash guard, back rest and windshield. These all are almost 12k to 16k each.

Can anyone suggest best place / store in Mumbai where I can find good quality of accessories without having to shell out huge cash!!

One more doubt... I had checked for ceramic coating with the dealer. He told me 9k. Can someone shed some light on ceramic coating and is it good to have? Also what shall be the charges? Is 9k the correct amount or can I get a better deal?
